We are directly involved in the daily operations of vendors by managing purchase orders, delivery dates, reviewing scheduling plans, prioritizing orders, providing product development and solving technical and production problems as they arise. We provide direct reporting such as vendor tracking, open purchase orders and vendor QA pass/fail ratings. We tailor our services to your requirements including:

Manufacturing

• Introduce new sources for manufacturing or procurement of precious and semi-precious stones.
• Maintain vendor production standards with on-site inspections of product.
